ACTIVE AIM MOD
INFORMATION
0: Disabled
Aim MOD is Disabled by default.

1: Drop Aim
Upon AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, you will automatically drop down.
  • This MOD is intended to confuse or throw off your opponent's aim in close combat.

2: Crouch Aim
While AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, you will crouch.  When you stop Aiming Down Sights, you will stand.
  • This MOD is intended to improve your accuracy or to duck to avoid shots.
  • If you crouch first, you can pop up from cover and Aim Down Sights with this MOD instead.

3: Rapid Crouch Aim
While AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, you will repeatedly crouch.
  • This MOD is intended to confuse or throw off your opponent's aim in close combat.

4: TURBO Crouch Aim
Adjustable variant of Rapid Crouch Aim that uses the shared Turbo adjustable delay.

5: Strafe Aim
While AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, you will automatically move side to side.
  • This MOD is intended to confuse or throw off your opponent's aim in mid-range to close combat.

6: Circle Strafe Aim
While AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, you will automatically move in a circular motion.
  • This MOD is intended to make it difficult for snipers to target you while firing out in the open.

7: Hop Aim
Upon AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, you will jump.
  • This MOD is intended to confuse or throw off your opponent's aim in close combat.

8: TURBO Hop Aim
While AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, you will repeatedly jump.
  • This MOD is intended to confuse or throw off your opponent's aim in close combat.
  • This MOD uses the shared Turbo adjustable delay.

9: Aim Assist
While AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, this MOD will slightly shake your camera in an effort to encourage the in-game assist to improve your aim.
  • This MOD uses the Aim Assist Intensity adjustable which defaults to 15.  If there is too much camera shaking that it is negatively affecting your aim, reduce the value.  If there is no visible camera shaking, increase the value.
  • Modern Aim Assist in-game mechanics are designed to look almost invisible to the naked eye.  This MOD just makes them function at their best.

Warning: Aim MODs can affect menus or certain gameplay functions if they share the AIM DOWN SIGHTS button.
See the Weapon Swap section for information about disabling MODs for certain situations, etc.

GAMEPACK Config Adjustables Related to Aim MODs:

Aim MOD Activation -

You can change the specifics of how your Aim MOD is activated:

Any ADS is the default for the Aim MOD.
  • Meaning that if you AIM DOWN SIGHTS, the MOD is activated.

    ADS Fire
  • Meaning that if you AIM DOWN SIGHTS & FIRE TOGETHER, the MOD is activated.

ADS Only
  • Meaning that if you AIM DOWN SIGHTS while NOT FIRING, the MOD is activated.

    Activate - Fully Hold
  • Meaning that if your AIM DOWN SIGHTS TRIGGER is pressed all the way down, the MOD is activated.

    Block - Fully Hold
  • Meaning that if your AIM DOWN SIGHTS TRIGGER is pressed all the way down, the MOD is deactivated.

Aim Assist Intensity -

An Aim Assist Intensity of 15 is usually fine for average sensitivities and should result in the minimal required camera shaking for the Aim Assist MOD to function correctly.  If there is too much camera shaking that it is negatively affecting your aim, decrease the value.  If there is no visible camera shaking, increase the value.

Turbo MODs Delay -

Aim MODs with the "TURBO" name will use this adjustable.  A Turbo Delay of 40 milliseconds is usually fast enough to maximize the speed of any action.  You may actually want to slow it down with a higher value, depending of course on the specific action that you are performing.

Be aware that if you have already reached the action's maximum speed, there will be no improvement, and at worse you could see an inconsistent and slower action - this usually happens due to internet latency, or the game engine's handling of ridiculously fast button presses.
