QUICK MODS
 
QUICK MODS are NOT saved settings.  They DO NOT appear in MOD Central and they will ONLY persist as ON for as long as the STRIKEPACK is plugged in or selected on this GAMEPACK:
 
 
ADS AIM ASSIST:  WHILE AIMING DOWN SIGHTS & HOLDING , PRESS R3 / RS to toggle this QUICK MOD   (ON: Heavy Rumble / OFF: Light Rumble).
 
  • WHILE AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, the in-game aim assisting mechanics will be maximized to subtly assist your aim as often as possible.  It is normal to see some camera shake.
     
     
    ADS AUTO STRAFE:
  • WHILE AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, DOUBLE PRESS SPRINT to toggle this QUICK MOD   (ON: Heavy Rumble / OFF: Light Rumble).
     
  • WHILE AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, you will strafe from side to side, beginning in the direction that you last moved to.  Useful for picking off enemies from around corners and walls or confusing your opponents in the Crucible.
     
     
    AUTO ORBIT/ADANDON:
  • DURING GAMEPLAY (in-game menu is closed), WHILE HOLDING , PRESS TOUCHPAD / VIEW to return to orbit/abandon your activity.
     
  • Pressing any face button cancels this action!
     
     
    AUTO INTERACT/REVIVE:
  • DOUBLE TAP OR to automatically complete the desired interaction.
     
  • Pressing any face button cancels this action!  It is highly recommended to lock items in your inventory to avoid accidental dismantles!
     
     
    AUTO SPARROW:
  • DURING GAMEPLAY (in-game menu is closed), DOUBLE TAP to summon your Sparrow.  This is especially useful if you have a Sparrow with the "vehicle takes less time to summon" perk.
     
  • Pressing any face button cancels this action!
     
     
    AUTO SUBCLASS SWITCH (DESTINY 2):
  • DURING GAMEPLAY (in-game menu is closed):
     
  • To select the Upper Diamond Subclass, WHILE HOLDING , TAP OR .
 
  • To select the Lower Diamond Subclass, WHILE HOLDING , TAP OR .
     
  • Internet lag, hard drive speed or lack of inventory management and the game itself can cause delays in loading the in-game menu which can cause this MOD to be unsuccessful at times for some players.
 
 
HAIR TRIGGERS:
 
  • WHILE QUICKLY HOLDING , TAP L1 / LB to toggle the LEFT HAIR TRIGGER QUICK MOD   (ON: Heavy Rumble / OFF: Light Rumble).
 
  • WHILE QUICKLY HOLDING , TAP R1 / RB to toggle the RIGHT HAIR TRIGGER QUICK MOD   (ON: Heavy Rumble / OFF: Light Rumble).
     
  • Hair Triggers register as fully pressed as quickly as possible to improve reaction time, without affecting MODS.  NOTE:  Hair Triggers will DISABLE the press sensitive feature of the Auto Burst Fire MOD, causing you to always fire in bursts when using the MOD.
     
     
    MAX JUMP:
  • HOLD JUMP to perform a full jump combo for as long as you REMAIN HOLDING JUMP.  Timing is optimized for each Character Class and Subclass Jump.
     
  • VERY LIGHTLY TAP JUMP to perform a small hope or to cancel a glide.
 
  • This MOD will ONLY function correctly if you have set the correct settings on the MODPACK/GAMEPACK.  You can define your Character Class and Subclass Jump (Max Jump Mode) in MOD Central.  Alternatively, you can change your Character Class setting in the Secondary Menu here and you can change your Subclass Jump on-the-fly:
 
  • DURING GAMEPLAY, WHILE HOLDING , TAP OR :
  • Mode 1:  High/Strafe Lift/Jump   (1 Purple flash on PS4 / Right Trigger rumble on XB1).
  • Mode 2:  Catapult Lift/Triple Jump   (2 Purple flashes on PS4 / Right Trigger rumbles on XB1).
     
     
    SHAKE & RELOAD (PS4): WHILE QUICKLY HOLDING , TAP OR to toggle this QUICK MOD   (ON: Heavy Rumble / OFF: Light Rumble).
     
  • You can flick the PS4 controller upwards to reload.  You MUST hold the controller properly horizontal to avoid accidental reloads.  If your weapon rumble is so strong that it is accidentally setting it off, you can disable rumble using the method outlined here or you can use the RUMBLE CONTROL below.
 
 
TITAN/WARLOCK DOUBLE TAP ABILITY (DESTINY 2):
WHILE HOLDING , TAP OR to toggle this QUICK MOD.   (ON: Heavy Rumble / OFF: Light Rumble).
 
  • QUICKLY DOUBLE TAP CROUCH to perform your Titan/Warlock ability.  This makes it less likely to accidentally activate your ability when crouching.
 
 
TURBO MELEE:  WHILE HOLDING , PRESS RS / R3 to toggle this QUICK MOD.  It is ON by default.   (OFF: Light Rumble / ON: Heavy Rumble).
 
  • HOLD MELEE to repeatedly melee as quickly as possible, providing you with the best chance to win melee battles.
 
 
RUMBLE CONTROL:  WHILE QUICKLY HOLDING , PRESS SHARE / VIEW to toggle this QUICK MOD   (RUMBLE OFF: No Rumble / RUMBLE ON: Rumble).
 
  • Temporarily disables rumble.  This QUICK MOD predates the addition of "Disable Rumble" to MOD Central, leaving this QUICK MOD somewhat redundant... but it is here if you wish to use it.
