MENU CLASS 1: PRIMARY WEAPON
MENU CLASS 2: SECONDARY WEAPON

In the MOD Central GAMEPACK Configuration, select your optimized Primary Weapon under Menu Class 1, and your optimized Secondary Weapon under Menu Class 2.

Weapon Profile Swap is set to Manual by default.
During gameplay, swap between your Primary and Secondary Weapon Profiles accordingly:

WHILE HOLDING or , TAP or to swap to your Primary Weapon Profile.
Primary Weapon Profile: You will feel 1 heavy rumble, LED 1 will be bright and LED 2 will be dim as shown...
...and the PlayStation® Lightbar will display the Green button colour.

WHILE HOLDING or , TAP or to swap to your Secondary Weapon Profile.
Secondary Weapon Profile: You will feel 2 heavy rumbles, LED 1 will be dim and LED 2 will be bright as shown...
...and the PlayStation® Lightbar will display the Red button colour.

WHILE HOLDING or , TAP or to swap to a MODS Disabled Profile.
MOD Disabled Profile: You will feel a light rumble, LED 1 and LED 2 will be dim as shown...
...and the PlayStation® Lightbar will display the Pink button colour.

If you wish to mostly automate the swapping of Weapon Profiles, set Weapon Profile Swap to Automatic.  This way you will only need to manually swap Weapon Profiles when it loses track of your current weapon, such as at the start of a match, respawning, or after accessing menus.
  • The STRIKEPACK LEDS or PlayStation® Lightbar will keep track of Weapon Profile Swap's current position.

ANTI-RECOIL AIM SMOOTHING is a feature of the Anti-Recoil MOD that prevents the MOD's analog stick movements from interfering with your ability to smoothly aim while firing.  Standard is the default and original setting that most players will be familiar with, whereas Alternate is the new setting.  Alternate is subject to change in the future as we continue to improve it.  Choose the option that feels smoothest to you while keeping your crosshairs on the enemy player.

Just pick your favourite weapons in MOD Central for now:

  • This will apply optimized settings during gameplay that are specifically for use with your chosen weapons.  These may include weapon-specific Anti-Recoil, among other improvements such as Fast Reload, Rapid Fire for semi-automatic weapons, as well as Auto Hold Breath and Quick Scope for sniper rifles.
  •  If you do not wish for them to be applied, Weapon Profile Features such as Anti-Recoil, Auto Hold Breath, Fast Reload, and Quick Scope can be Disabled in MOD Central.

  • All optimizations are designed around each weapon's default in-game fire mode and base recoil pattern.  Some attachments can alter the recoil pattern which will in turn reduce the accuracy and effectiveness of the weapon-specific Anti-Recoil.
  • You can either decide to NOT use the offending attachment, or you can compensate with the Anti-Recoil Quick Edit feature here.
  • The last barrel attachment for each weapon, and all barrels that change your fire rate or ammo capacity are UNSUPPORTED for Weapon AI or Weapon Profiles.

  • If you are worried about picking up different weapons, fear not; you can change your optimized weapons during gameplay later using the Weapon AI feature.

  • If your weapon is UNLISTED, this means it is a new weapon that we have yet to add support for.  In this case, there are two generic options that have no optimizations and allow you to manually setup Anti-Recoil yourself.  Regular Fire is the fallback option for fully automatic weapons, and Rapid Fire is the fallback option for semi-automatic weapons.

    MENU CLASS 1, 2 MOD
    INFORMATION
    0: Regular Fire

    No optimization, generic Anti-Recoil.

With the Regular Fire MOD, your weapon will fire exactly as it normally does.

With the Rapid Fire MOD, HOLD FIRE to fire your semi-automatic weapon at its maximum speed.
    • When using the Rapid Fire MOD, change the in-game fire mode of your automatic weapon to single shot or burst; otherwise this MOD will slow down your fire rate!

    • Vertical and Horizontal Anti-Recoil values default to 0, which is a generic base Anti-Recoil for the fallback Regular Fire and Rapid Fire options, or the default optimized value for weapon-specific Anti-Recoil.  These values can also be adjusted in Menu Mode, or via Quick Edit here.

ADJUSTABLES RELATED TO MENU CLASS 1, 2:

PRIMARY/SECONDARY ANTI-RECOIL STRENGTH [VERTICAL/HORIZONTAL]

You can adjust the Primary/Secondary Anti-Recoil Strength [Vertical/Horizontal].

1) When you are aimed on target, the in-game Aim Assist mechanic can slightly throw off Anti-Recoil; if this bothers you, you can compensate this to your preference by increasing the Anti-Recoil Strength to make up for it.

2) If your weapon is currently unlisted/unsupported, you will have no choice but to pick Regular Fire for a fully automatic weapon or Rapid Fire for a semi-automatic weapon; you can then adjust the generic base Anti-Recoil Strength to better match your current weapon.

3) When you are using weapon-specific Anti-Recoil, applied by selecting the appropriate weapon in MOD Central or by using Weapon AI on a supported weapon, all optimizations are designed around each weapon's default in-game fire mode and base recoil pattern, with all Extended Mag type attachments accounted for.  Other attachments can alter the recoil pattern which will in turn reduce the accuracy and effectiveness of the weapon-specific Anti-Recoil.
  • You can either decide to NOT use the offending attachment, or you can compensate for some of this inaccuracy by adjusting the Anti-Recoil Strength.

WEAPON PROFILE FEATURES: WEAPON PROFILE SWAP

If you wish to mostly automate the swapping of Weapon Profiles, set Weapon Profile Swap to Automatic.  This way you will only need to manually swap Weapon Profiles when it loses track of your current weapon, such as at the start of a match, respawning, or after accessing menus.

WEAPON PROFILE FEATURES: ANTI-RECOIL

  • If you wish to be able to quickly adjust the Anti-Recoil Strength during gameplay, pick the Quick Edit option.
  • If you wish to disable Anti-Recoil altogether, pick Disabled.

WEAPON PROFILE FEATURES: AUTO HOLD BREATH

If Enabled (default), if a Sniper Rifle is selected in your Weapon Profile, your breath will be automatically held while scoping.

WEAPON PROFILE FEATURES: FAST RELOAD

If Enabled (default), when you manually reload, your reload animations will be cut short, allowing you to get back into the fight more quickly than normal.
Pick the option that MATCHES your in-game "Interact/Reload Behavior" setting:
  • Fast Reload [Tap to Reload]
  • Fast Reload [Tap to Interact]
  • Fast Reload [Prioritize Reload]
  • Fast Reload [Prioritize Interact]
  • Disabled

WEAPON PROFILE FEATURES: QUICK SCOPE

QUICK SCOPE TAP:  QUICKLY TAP & RELEASE the AIM DOWN SIGHTS button to automatically scope in and fire your sniper or tactical rifle.  If you wish to scope in without firing, HOLD the AIM DOWN SIGHTS button instead.  You can cancel firing by swapping weapons.
  • This MOD with practice, can help you to perform similar feats to pro players that manually perform the technique, quickly picking off others with surprise sniper shots.
  • This MOD uses the shared Quick Scope adjustable delay.  This adjusts how long the MOD waits for you to scope in before firing.

QUICK SCOPE RELEASE:  HOLD the AIM DOWN SIGHTS button to scope in your sniper or tactical rifle, and RELEASE to fire.  How quickly you fire depends on how quickly you RELEASE the AIM DOWN SIGHTS button.  You can cancel firing by swapping weapons.
  • This MOD with practice, can help you to perform similar feats to pro players that manually perform the technique, quickly picking off others with surprise sniper shots.
  • This MOD uses the shared Quick Scope adjustable delay.  This adjusts how long the MOD waits to fire after you release the Aim Down Sights button.

QUICK SCOPE DELAY

This value is shared by ALL "Quick Scope" MODS in the GAMEPACK.

The default and recommended delay value is 5 in MOD Central.  If you feel that the Quick Scope MOD fires your sniper or tactical rifle too early, increase the delay by 1 until it feels correct.  The maximum delay is 8.
